Today I found out about the old injuries. They say when fasting that old injuries come back to heal themselves and man am I in pain! I hurt my upper back years ago and it hasn't given me a problem in years, but today it reared it's ugly head!
No hunger per say, I even watched Bizarre Foods last night without a twinge of hunger. My mouth misses the entertainment though.
Got funky mouth and I am tired, but all in all I feel great. I am more alert and feel generally lighter and more alive.
I started out 2 weeks before the fast with salads and juices and weighed myself at 315! today I am at 291, 129 lbs and I am normal!
