I'm back! back to try this all over again, and after my super depressing blog ..which is now all over the internet (yikes) I'm here to reclaim myself. I've started the MC..I'm hoping this is the first step to cleansing this ENTIRE body of mine! and guess what! once again..I gained the weight, I'm not going to lie to this blog or whoever reads, I'm placing my very open and wounded self out here to heal, maybe this is what I need! It's Melanie in the raw baby and it couldn't get any worse then this, I have to get me back and I'm going to fight tooth and nail to get there.. this is my first step to recovery!
Day 1 of the MC SUCKED, I was angry and pissed and tired and nauseous and hungry and ohh it was just painful. I slept though knowing I WAS going to be better in the morning. Today, I'm tired, and hungry, but I have to keep going, I'm on a 40 day mission to heal myself, and I'm hoping along the way I meet some really fantastic and supportive people, god knows I'm needing that in my life right now. Just blogging on this website, takes me to a place I remember, and loved..it's actually a truly happy feeling...
I think I'm happy to go to bed know.
I'll be day 3 tomorrow, and what excites me, I can't wait to read my progress for this time, I wanna watch the difference...I have too!
