Day 5 100% raw food diet...starting to recover from detox!

Hello fans
Ok, its day 5 of my raw food plan and im starting to feel a bit better! Hallelujah!
I must have been detoxing for the last 4 days because I have felt like absolute crap...flu like symptoms, moody, depressed, NO energy etc)
Woke up this morning feeling more energised.
By 8:30am I was spring cleaning my little ones nursery with VIGOUR! (Something I had been putting off for ages).
In the middle of all my cleaning, I spied the scale out of the corner of my eye...
I had promised myself I would not weigh myself until at least one week into the diet...
But alas, the temptation was too much and...YES, I HAVE LOST 1KG!!( i think thats about 2.2lbs?)
Needless to say, this brightened my cleaning session and renewed my dedication to raw foods.
Note, I have tried to make that scale budge for ages, trying little diets here and there, excercising etc. and NOTHING so I am thrilled!
What I ate today:
Nectarine, some fresh coconut
banana, mashed with a tblsp goji berries
1 Essene bread with avo, tomato, onion sprouts
Peach, carrots in lemon juice.
Raw Zuccini and tomato sauce "pasta".
Few macadamia nuts.
Oh, and a raw superfood smoothie from a local deli ( v.excited to find this place!)
Anyway, still had to have a sleep this avie but feeling much better on the whole. Feel like i have more of a sense of humour than ive had in days!
Going to watch a movie with the beloved and then off to bed! Luckily my lil angel sleeps through so I will only be up at seven:)
To another day down! yeah!!
