Day One on the master Cleanse

Bring it on, I can do this.
This is a temporary situation, food will still be here when i finish.

Welcome to my journey for the next 7 days. I have attempted the master cleanse before and only lasted 3 days. This was mainly because I wasnt sure how it worked and people were giving me the wrong advice and discouraging me. Now I have read the book and feel am in the right frame of mind to do it. The fact that my little one is turning one at the end of the month means I can not use her as an excuse for still carrying this baby weight.

Well its 3.45pm on my first day and I am doing alright. I've drank four glasses of the syrup lemonade mixture and am enjoying the taste. I didnt do the SWF this morning as had meetings early in the day.

My stats so far are 5'7 and weighing in at 175 pounds. I am hoping to lose 14 pounds in the next 7 days. I am usually ok during the day when am at work and busy, I struggle with the evenings when I would normally be sipping a Pinor Grigio in front of the tv and eating cheesy nachos.
