Day 9 Day 9 Another 1lb down today, bringing my total weight loss to 8lbs in 9 days, which I am quite pleased about :) Yesterday was a little more difficult than some of the previous days, as I went out for a drink with a friend after work, and she ordered food, but I stayed strong and ordered only a fruit smoothie :) Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
