The 10 year plan – Part I
You can pay me now or you can pay me later, but the price will be high indeed.

Well, originally it was the 5 year plan, however, flexibility with your plan is what makes it successful!
It took 3 years before the police owned security company became involved.
There had been no real problems till they got a 6 month try out contract from the association.
So, I'm cutting back sword plants at the front of the house.
The security car rolls slowly towards my house, unaware of the super peripheral vision I have.
I adjust the stool to make the off duty officer driving the car, think I didn't see him.
Not 2, not 3 but 5 times he drives by before giving up his cartoon act of one of the 3 Stooges.
But he did show my neighbors how persistent he would be.
Not realizing of course, that's exactly what we wanted.
We allowed them to flash their lights at my house at night, hit their high beams or flashers on the unmarked cars they would use in the early morning hours as I left for work.
(In a few more months they gave themselves permission to switch to branded security cars)
At 7 months, we shut them down.
It took 2 years to be harassed over one thousand times.
It would have been in a year if we didn't shut them down every 3 months or so from then on.
At first, at each shutdown, the off duty officer would use a security car to harass me heading to and on the freeway.
Later they would have black & white units "show up", now afraid I would sue their security company.
That's the benefit of a long term plan.
Having the B&W's show up was about as dumb as you could get.
At month 4 they started parking one of their cars opposite the street where I walked the dog on the weekend, leaving it unattended with a camera on the dashboard.
It was obvious what they wanted, but we made them wait the 2 months, till the end of their contract.
We can't have them leaving, so I walk across the street in front of the camera, walk past the car, then behind the car and stoop down pretending to read the license plate.
Then back to where I came from.
However, before I can raise up, a teenage security guard comes running down the hill towards the car.
Screaming into his cell phone, I got it! I got it!
Got what you ask? Using that video, they got a year contract.
Eight years later, almost 2 years after their Lies 4 Money, I enter our gated community and find them attempting to block the shortest route to my house.
Rather than using 2 cars completely blocking the road (they've done this before).
The civilian car was in both lanes with the driver side door open.
Why? They didn't want to tip off my neighbors they were forcing me to drive by the area where I walked the dog 8 years earlier.
Since I knew what they wanted I went ahead and squeezed by the road hazard.
As I made the last turn onto my street lo and behold a helicopter was hovering.
Flying so low I wasn't able to see him a block away.
The copter was turned to allow filming of the street they had tried to force me down.
Had I driven around the curve where the original camera car was I would have been caught on tape.
Caught on tape you ask? Doing what?
Why, returning home from work.
No doubt it was getting time to renew their contract once again.
Well, enough for now, we haven't even got to several of the juicy parts yet!
Let's see, what haven't we covered yet?
The original attempt on my wife's life while in a different hospital, our house being burnt down, the credit card not working.
Hummm, using cameras at intersections to play practical jokes.
Such as being blinded by a B&W and holding the light red on you for 4 complete cycles.
Why? So the boys behind the cameras can have a good laugh.
So tell me?
