Tanking

Really, really crappy day. Decided to give my dog her heartworm pill a week early. Gave her a bath too, but not in that order. I'm wearing black pants & every time she sits on my lap she is shedding these teeny things that are only micrometers thick, but millimeters long. My transparent packing tape was taken from me by my mother (note: I am not a child, and have full capacity) because cleaning my pants from the dog was annoying her. Using the tape on the dog's fur also annoying her. My therapist said (if I remember correctly) I'm allowed to have coping rituals/habits as long as it's not *harmful* to anyone. I don't think ripping this stuff off my pants is jeopardizing anyone's health. I had a total meltdown. Maybe trying to tweak my mess so I can get up in the morning is partly to blame. Who knows. The buggers are moving out from under the liquid skin I paint over them. I'm chasing them, with no success. Menses have ended and I now have the worst urethritis & pruritis ani today. These fricking larvae travel fast. I doubled my maintenance doxycycline I take for something else when I developed probable lymphadenitis that crossed over my left antecubical fossa. Maybe I'll upload the photo. Worked to take away the erythema (associated cellulitis?) but did nothing for the pain. That was my only good vein for blood draws, and now it's sensitive to light touch. Fantastic. TMI: also constipated. Repeat problem. Also cyclical. I hate these things. I feel like I'm dying. Very sloooowly. Some good news: my scalp is relatively great today.
