There are two ways for past lives to be noticed either through various ways or being guided, the most familiar among them is the process of regression or naturally, they simply pope-up. The way to approach the different ways of pat lives memories should be considered before we make the first move.

Past lives memory pope-up in case that a person need to settle something from the past to free one-self or because it been freed and synchronized with the energy fields and the brain. The second option is the best one because it is free of lessons and benefits us with wisdom, knowledge and universal gifts. A ‘popped up’ incarnation awakens a memory due to some things that are not completed. As long as one run away of it or blame others for it the subject is still working as karma disease… There is a need to let go of the issue in harmony before it resolves.

During the coming days I’ll add some of popped up incarnation stories to the blogs tittles. I will also continue with the synchronized stories. Two of them are the Nepal and Maya stories and I intend to tell about the ‘first Atlantis’ about 250,000 years ago and the establishment of the Pharos family in Egypt.

The past lives that are awakened spontaneously does it while the person is well established physically, emotionally and mentally therefore, the process cannot harm the well being of that person.

When a person awaken past lives through quickening processes, to my perception, it is wise to do it with professionalist doctor, to guide that person, to let go of past problems. Otherwise, such process may awaken difficulties that were not an issue during this lifetime but will become such an issue and will be a none-easy life lesson to deal with.

To my understanding, the best way to deal with popped up past lives and perhaps with other type too, is to face it, find what will bring harmony to you and to the situation. Always remember that the past lives with all its glories and pain have passed and there is no reason to let it influence the present life or ells it may drag you to live unconnected… One may need to go of it in harmony.
