Laryngitis Tea

.........................................

one teaspoon coltsfoot leaves
one teaspoon licorace root
one teaspoon mullein leaves

one tablespoon marshmallow leaves
one cup boiling water.

combine all herbs.
take two teaspoons of combined mix,
and cover with boiling water.

let steep 30 minutes, then strain.
sweeten if desired.

take one tablespoon (or two )
at a time as needed.
