Am so ready for this cleanse
My attitude ROCKS!
Date: 3/15/2005 11:35:57 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1671 times Am just counting the days until Sunday. So ready for this mentally and phsically. I have all I need for the cleanse, and am still re-reading the book with glee!!!!!
Slowly, but ever-so-surely, I am cutting down on coffee until Friday I shall be FREE of that devil. Today was 50/50 reg and decaf and I only had the one small cup (as opposed to many cups of extra strong regular as per my usual). I worked and worked out and am now tired. But it's a good kind of tired. I have felt so much more centered and less 'jangly' even with just a 50/50 ratio. I can't wait to see how I feel when I am done with it.
The insomnia (a paradoxical side effect from coffee deprivation) is getting to me. Oooooh, what wouldn't I give for restorative sleep. Last night, I floated in a half-awake/half-asleep state for most of the night. Am a drowsy woman who has already promised her love that she would rub his feet. Hmmm, perhaps I can get him to reciprocate!!!
Still eating vegan (a lot of it raw). Still absolutely COMMITTED. The only gnawing question for the cleanse is "how long?" but, this obviously can't be answered until my body tells me so...
