First week experience and thoughts

About a week has passed since I started using HP daily. Also, I havent smoked for a week (tobacco). Some times when I have done the flooding I have sneezed, as Cando mentioned you could. Afterwards there have been some blood, which kind of freaks me out, cause I know the sinuses have lots of thin blood vessels, and I dont know what HP does to these, if they burst will they heal? After every flooding my nose cloggs up and it takes 2 days for it to settle down. Not much pain though during the flooding itself, I do 1 part HP to 10 parts water. Cant say if sinuses are better yet. Weather if getting warm as summer is approaching, which always give my sinuses a break. They are usually much worse during winter time which can be quite cold in Sweden. I'm also usually very fatigued and require lots of rest, but during summers I have more energy, especially when my sinuses are good/better. Hope this experiment will give me more energy and stamina. I am so tired of being tired.
