Liver flushes My approach to liver flushes As I said before I've done more than 50 liver flushes in 8 years. Here is a good example of my results: Nice emeralds, isn't it? ;)
Most of them I've done with lemon juice and olive oil and, boy, I would say it is so much easier to do with grapefruit juice. Now that I am doing it with grapefruit juice (thanks to curezone and Dr. Andreas) I never have any nausea neither during the drinking of potion nor after. I can do it now during my fasts and master cleanses without any problems. It would have been a test of courage and strength :) to do this before. And most importantly I have same results as with lemon juice. I’ve maid a small, but I believe important, modification to the technique proposed by Dr. Andreas/Clark. To make sure that I have my stomach and bowels absolutely empty (which to my opinion is key to nausea-free cleansing) I do a salt water flush (SWF) between 6pm and 8pm intakes of Epsom salt (read here for full description of the flush http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp). The schedule will look something like this: 6:00pm first Epsom salt 6:30pm start the SWF. Because of Epsom salt, in 1-2 intakes of approximately 1.5 liters each (3 pints, 6-8 total) I get clean water out of my bowels. After this I wait half an hour to take my next portion of Epsom salt. 8:00-8:30pm second round of Epsom salt. 10pm take the juice and oil. Also I slightly modified the morning procedure. After the 6am Epsom salt intake I wait half an hour and do SWF till all the stones come out and the water is clean or almost clean (I don’t take the second morning round of Epsom). In this way I am sure that no stones a left for putrefaction and I don’t need to do colonics. To be honest in some case I’ve seen stone coming out the next day morning (after ~36 hours), even if previous morning the water ran out clean. I can imagine that my modification to the standard procedure might not fit everybody; after all I’ve done hundreds of SWFs in my life. But those people that are comfortable with them most probably will find that this approach generates less or even zero nausea. Next I will describe my formula for the Psyllium&Bentonite cleansing.
