Day 6

Having a bad day on the fast

I'm not sure why but today I was incredibly tired. I feel like a 55 year old woman instead of a 25 year old....I've had this mental fog all day, I don't have any engergy. I've just been "getting by". I haven't had a BM in 3 days and I'm concerned that toxins may be building up. I've avoided doing a salt water flush or using sienna herbal tea for fear of becoming dehydrated. Anyway, tonight I chugged water prophylactically and drank the tea.
I had an emotional breakdown today to where I just cryed for about 30 mins. Could this also be the result of the toxins? or is something shifting inside of me?
I'm not craving food, in fact I hardly miss it. What I do crave now is rest.
Next week I've planned for a few cardio sessions at my gym, more meditation and prayer and a few yoga sessions.
