and I've been good

I've been good good good the last few days. Yesterday a handful of nuts, lots of water, a roasted pepper and a chicken breast with jerk sauce. 1 hour workout.
Today - woke up and did a few sun salutations (yoga) and sat and tried to quiet my mind for a bit. Wedding preparations are coming along VERY nicely, I shored things up with the caterer yesterday and am feeling happy and ready for the weekend.
The fiance is off to Montreal for his weekend of debauchery, and I'm off to NYC to see one of my bridesmaids, to get my hair done and to have an unofficial bachelorette night out with close friends.
The real bachelorette party is at my lake house July 4th weekend (we rent, I don't own a house on a lake though I'd like to).
I can really see my body shrinking onto it's old frame - hourglass, small frame, knockers! It's pretty awesome. I'm not going to get ideally thin for the wedding, but this is such a cool process and I can see that body under there... Looks hot. I can't wait! It's making it easier for me to avoid food I don't want and for me to keep my portions down.
