Day Fifteen!!!!
Rockin and a Rollin

I woke up at about 7:00 am and gently nudged my wife so she would wake up. After visiting the bathroom I crawled back into bed and did my pranayamic breathing for twenty minutes. I then layed there thinking about my day and all I wanted to accomplish. At about 8:15-8:30 I got up and stoked the fire. I layed back down and did some praying and meditating. At about 9:20 I heard a vehicle pull up and shut off.
I jumped out of bed, threw on some cloths and low and behold a UPS guy was dropping off a package for me.
I for the life of me, couldn't guess what it was because I hadn't ordered anything recently. When I got the box it was a package I had ordered from MH when he was in Florida and I had totally spaced that I even ordered it. What a beautiful start to day fifteen.
So the goodies I got today were annointing oil, bf&c capsules, olive leafs for tea, spice 4 life for me, a tube of tooth powder and some raw apple cider/pineapple vinegar. Yeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, I am dancing on my tippytoes,lol.
So then I put the 4 herb tea I had been soaking overnight onto the burner and brought it up to simmer for 10-15 minutes. I then juiced my oranges while I was waiting and had a cup of that. Then I drank my bf&c tea, took my ginger, uva ursi, and olive leaf pills. Then I washed my face and brushed my teeth and took my oil of oregano in water. Then I drank my first cup of this batch of 4 herb tea, and I must say it tastes way better than the kidney cleanse tea,lol. Then I had a cup of parsley tea.
About an hour later I made a cup of sorghum tea and drank that. Then I went to work outside. I spent most of the day working on a storage bay I am cleaning out. At the end of the day I loaded my truck with a refrigerator and full upright freezer and four matresses. I will take that to the dump tomorrow.
I then came inside to juice up and decided to also try a cup of the spice 4 life. Oh my gosh, is that stuff awesome or what. I took a tablespoon and mixed it into an 8 oz glass of water and then sipped on that for five minutes. What a wonderful job you did MH on that mixture. Reminds me of a mix of salsa sauce and bloody mary. Truly a tastebud extravaganza,lol.
It gave me an instant buzz. I ran into my bedroom, dropped to the floor and pumped out fifty push-ups. Then I did some stretching and got up, turned on some tunes and started making dinner. While dinner was cooking I made lunch for the kids for the following day. I pack them a lunch every day so they don't have to eat the toxic, poison the school system shovels out. That is an issue for another post sometime,lol.
After dinner, I drank another cup of orange juice, cleaned up the dinner mess, and then had another cup of spice 4 life before I took off to go grocery shop for two hours. When I got back at about 9:10 pm, I put all the groceries away and was able to sit down and relax with my cup of tea at 10:00pm.
What an awesome day. I love fasting. I feel so energized, so full of life, I can't put it into words. I am just finally getting a taste of what real health must feel like. Makes me almost afraid to eat again,lol.
