Did the usual chores around the homestead.
Took my normal ritual of herbal goodies. Juiced and drank my oj. Took my bf&c capsules, once in the morning, once in the evening, along with some olive leaf capsules. Drank my spice 4 life drink. Sucked on my no crash ball. Took my three drops of oregano oil in water. Made a drink of two tablespoons of acv and two tablespoons of maple syrup to an 8 oz glass of water. I slammed that down after doing my trampoline workout. It tastes great. You should try it.
So I did some stretching, 5000 jumps on the trampoline, 1000 a-b punches, a bunch of push ups and some more stretching. I didn't hit the weights this week because every four to six weeks I take a week off from that so my muscles keep guessing. It works really well.
Nothing much new other than that. I hope everyones fasting is going good, keep it up, you won't regret it.
