Nothing to report- just a gross metallic taste

Day 11 and nothing to report. I have the familiar metallic taste in my mouth associated with my fasts. Otherwise, I feel okay. No cravings, no hunger pains, I do want some tea though and I left it at home. This is only my 2nd year of serious fasting. I've done 9 days, 5 days, and 3 days here and there for years but I made up in my mind last year that extended fasts as well as shorter fasts would become a normal part of my lifestyle. My goodness I remember that 1st 21 day fast. Every possible toxin/disease that was lurking in my body came out. I even lost sight for a few minutes one day. Now this one is different. I haven't dealt with many physical detox symptoms. They've all been emotional. I'm on my cycle---glad I won't have to deal with that next week since I'll be in Jamaica....woooohooo. I usually work out during my cycle but I think I want to take it easy until it's over. I've been feeling kinda artsy lately. I think I'm gonna go home and finish sewing this top I'm working on...maybe listen to some music and hold my young sun (son). Is it right for fasting to feel so natural? I think my body has been on a steady detox for years and it's finally achieving Divine health.
