Day 42 Seven Days Down

What a journey to go! But so far I have lost 2.6 pounds with a overall inch loss of 3.8. I know for some this is small and maybe not even worth mentioning, but they said a healthy weight loss is 2 pounds per week and I had an addition of .6 ounces! I will report again next Saturday those results. This beats weighing in everyday, that would be so depressing to not see any losses for some days and it works better this way. The measurements help me determine the different areas I need to work on for the following week. Going to start back with my weight training 4 days a week next week and getting up at 5am to go running, so I can do it. I can't wait to get to the new me in October:-) Well gotta go do Taebo.
