post cleanse day two
feeling great
Date: 11/17/2006 7:50:41 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3123 times so i didnt drink oj for the 3 days indicated. i was SO hungry yesterday afternoon and ended up eating a lot.... started out with some broth and veggie soup and that went down okay... so i ate a piece of sprouted wheat toast and roasted brussel sprouts. and then i made my hubby some whole wheat pasta with marinara and of course ended up eating some. i felt like i was on a deserted island for 10 days and then let free into a land of unlimited food. well i guess i kind of was.
lets just say i felt like i swallowed a carburetor.

i thought i was going to die my stomach hurt so bad last night and i felt kind of flu-ey. so i drank some ginger tea and cursed myself while falling asleep.
that was yesterday.
today i woke up and felt better (especially knowing i had an appointment with my lovely colon hydrotherapist!!) YAY!! so i ate some oatmeal (which settled nicely) and had an AMAZING 2 hour session. 2 hours of mucoliod plaque REMOVED. she said it is always hard on your body to break a fast and its a good thing i ate last night because it made our session better for my digestion to be in action.
she said it was one of the best sessions she ever had and my digestion was 'hearty'.
good to know.
I FEEL SO GREAT. LIKE REALLY REALLY GREAT. like i did when i was like 5. i am not having allergies, not craving 'bad food' (which i dont eat much of, but crave it anyway), feel really motivated, and energetic.
so SO GLAD i did the cleanse and SO GLAD i had a colonic today.
so i had sprouted barley bread with avocado for lunch and a salad and asian fish stew for dinner and its digestin just fine.
GOOD LUCK to all of you who are on the cleanse right now. STICK WITH IT.
IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN.
