Well...i sorta stuck with it=( for about 2 weeks)

I stuck with my plan for about two weeks. Here comes the excuse...I went to Chicago for a week and lost it. My clients and friends took me to way too many
italian places and steakhouses! I didn't stay away from temptation. I feel aweful.
I am pleased that I did lose 7 lbs. Which is great. My husband is going to do step one with me which is the master cleanse for about 10 days.
I am following my doctors plan which has now changed. I will post it in a second
message.
