No Video-Day 10/40 Water
I don't have the energy tonight (it's nearly 12am) to create, edit, upload, distribute the video so I have to say I'm sorry.

I don't have the energy tonight (it's nearly 12am) to create, edit, upload, distribute the video so I have to say I'm sorry.
I will, however, quickly say that I ended staying up all night till 8am again. But now, relatively early, I feel like I need to go to bed... I'll go with that and not Vlog at the risk of being up all night.
I'm doing well. My emotions where a little touch and go today as I'm negotiating some rough roads in my life. The point being that fasting has given me clearer insight but insight is sometimes difficult to deal with when you are not always ready (Vipassana or insight meditation brought that to the forefront of my life this year).
So I'm tired and cranky in essence! :)
I'm also getting a little tired of everybody nagging me about this being a dumb thing to do. Where were they when I was abusing my body with all sorts of substances, right there raising a class, right there lighting a smoke, right there talking about a prescription, right there licking the juicy tasty warm salty chicken fast off their fingers... ooops, sorry. That brings me to the other part of today. I'm not hungry as it I need to it, but the lack of food taste stimulation is really getting to me. I want to eat!!
As I'm going to bed early, I should be able to create a normal video during normal hours tomorrow.
