whoa where on earth did THIS go in the end? I found it very interesting to read - I think that there is certainly room for improvement on The Clark Flush regardless. I wonder where Tsetsi actually went in the end though, as it seemed to be primarily that that quietened the thread a bit o.O

Hi Tsetsi, thanks for posting this easier alternative to the liver cleanse. The only thing I had a question about was how many days should you do this? I would like to start the "Master Cleanse" and I was told that I should do a liver cleanse before hand. I would appreciate your help.

can we get a bit more info here..says 20 limes..the flush has 3 limes and 2 yolks w/oil..how many days because even 20 limes doesn't divide by 3..dozen eggs 6 days? so how come not 18 limes and do we really want to leave a dozen eggs out for a week so am have to guess this is a one day? won't the eggs go bad if left out overnight? would it be just as effective if they were left out just a hour or so? and is this or any cleanse safe for someone with a Stent in a main heart artery and could this be done without doing dental work or zapping, etc., first?

I tried your Liver Flush for the first time a year or so ago and it worked really well for me then. Somehow forgot about it though.

Had been feeling clogged up for a few weeks. Because of this I have been contemplating doing enema and/or liver flush. Somehow remembered your easy flush and decided to try that first.

I did it in the morning, first thing on an empty stomach. I took one egg yolk (had only one egg left in the house), juice of one lemon and one tablespoon of macadamia oil, mixed and swallowed. I got really nauseated after an hour or so and that lasted for an hour or so. I repeated two more time with three hours in between. After that I felt so much better. The tiredness lifted and also that feeling of being clogged up. My nose cleared and pains went away.

I know from a year ago that that nausea only happens when I'm really badly clogged up. After a few times I don't get nauseated any more.
