Hi Molly,
yes, I was taking the white-oak-bark powder by itself. Each night for the past 2+ months, I'd put a tiny bit in a teabag, and then stuff it between my gum and cheek and keep it there overnight. Not the most pleasant experience, but in the interest of healing my gums, I'm willing to go the extra mile.

Do you think the Dr. Christopher stuff will perform any better?
