Hi Hermit,

I agree with you that doing research first is valuable, because just as you said, it would be easy to miss something important.

However, there is SO MUCH information on this website! One can easily find answers to most questions just by reading posts or searching the archives. I personally have not read the book, but I have spent a lot of time reading thru the back posts and getting a good perspective on the whole cleansing process.

Now, where I TOTALLY agree with you is when people don't even bother to read anything, but just post a message saying, "What's a liver flush? Where are the recipes?" Those posts are annoying to me, b/c then I feel that people are not even using their brains or their computers at all...

Have you done any flushes?
