Pinworm nest?

I received a helpful reply that perhaps this is a pinworm nest?


Symptoms...severe fatigue, foggy, cannot follow through on chores, overwhelmed, I want to get things done and cannot muster up the energy no matter how much I want to. I have to limit how long I can be out ie..getting shopping done has to be done in one trip otherwise I need to wait another day because I get too stressed to finish. Some days are better than other. I have done several parasite cleanses but maybe not for long enough?

Any help is greatly appreciated :)
