'Normal' labs - still highly symptomatic
Wondered whether anyone has any thoughts on my most troubling symptoms in light of some recent labwork that was done. Annoyingly allot of it looks pretty good, and I’m starting the think the ASI test is a little bunk as somehow my cortisol has raised into normal range despite not consistently using adrenal supplements and feeling worse and more unstable since my last test.
ASI – A perfect curve if ever you saw one!

Looking back on my posting history you’ll think I sound like a broken record reporting my symptoms. Just wanted to put it out there again with my accompanying lab work.
Those first 6 symptoms are ones many of you are familiar with, and are the most debilitating day to day. I do take magnesium mainly for moving the bowels but unfortunately haven’t had any relief from these stability symptoms from using it. Also take HCL and ox bile and that’s it. Most other supplements buzz me out, notably those designed for the adrenals or B vitamins, although I’ve not tried everything so would welcome anything that has a calming action but not so much so that it has a negative impact on low cortisol.
The raised liver enzyme and information in the stool test may have to be the angle I go down. I still struggle to believe such widespread symptoms can be caused by something like H.Pylori or low lactobacillus or other. Unfortunately as many of you will know liver or gut ‘work’ can be extremely tough on the body.
Many thanks!
