Dear Sir I am trying my best to follow your directions but i am still unable to find kefir grains. I have requested some relatives who are in uk to send me kefir grains. hopefully i will get very soon.
so far as my gallbladder is concerned I got another ultrasound which reveals that i have 1 gallstone measuring 3 mm along with gallbladder polyp. Would you please let me know what the polyp is? how it can be treated. I am losing weight and losing hope too. I have abdominal swelling probably due to gallbladder.
Now i have kidney stones in both kidneys 4mm and 5 mm.

I need your expert advice for these unpleasent developments.
