Well your choice - eat pizza /cake (which nowadays have perfectly suitable gluten free alternatives) or be humiliated for the rest of your life. After reading some of the threads on this forum, it seems like people have been influenced into just accepting these symptoms. That is asinine. If there is something wrong, fix it. If the doctor's don't know, read every pubmed article until you can connect the dots. f*** living in pain and embarrassment
