Thank you for your suggestion, but I have already tried msm. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I've also tried the ultimate flora prebiotican and they too did not work. I will be trying to incorporate exercise into this regime to see if this helps me any. I'm not sure if you're still a sufferer or not, but if you are, hopefully with the flow community we can find a resolution to this issue. If what you've written has worked for you, I'm sincerely glad that you're cured. Tweet
