Re: Cofee Enema during prep for liver flush

Hi Andreas,

I am following your protocol for the liver flush, this is my second liver flush, both times on day 3 of the prep I get really bad head aches. Last time I did a few coffee enemas over the next couple of days and that really got rid of my headaches, I still released stones.

Should I continue to do coffee enemas to deal with the headaches? Or would I release more stones If I didn't do coffee enemas at all? Do coffee enemas use up the bile that is being "saved" for the liver flush? I still do the water enemas as per instructions in your book. I am confused, as I have found controversial information out there.

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated,
