I have used sunflower lecithin from two different sources, the most recent from Germany. The current German batch has a slightly less pleasant taste but it is not unpalatable IMO.

Have you tried the Now Foods sunflower lecithin powder? I have not tried it but it might be worth a try for taste comparison purposes.

BTW I use about 10g of the powdered German sourced lecithin/day mixed in water. I pre-mix it in a fridge stored Jug.
