Bananas bad for the liver????
I am a vata and love bananas but i have read on Julia Changs website that they are not good for the liver or spleen!
Is this true?
Andreas reccomends them as the only fruit to eat with candida but if candida is caused by a weak and congested liver among other things how can they be ok to eat?
