Hi Giz,

Used the pack Friday, Saturday and Sunday nite (all night) including Saturday when I did the flush. I was slightly bummed; O.K. more than slightly bummed cause I saw next to nothing. I'm not sure what went wrong. There was a positive side though. My stomach is flatter and I lost a pound each of the three days. I just downloaded Andreas' Liver flush book on Friday, so I'll read through it to see what I might have missed. Thanks again for reminding me about the castor oil pack.
