toxins stored in fat

cellulite holds stored body toxins,
the cleaner your system becomes, and the more overall body toning you get
the more your body will be willing to release the stored toxins.

If a body is *pushed to release toxins*
in a stressful way .. or too much at one time,
without good flushing activity,
the greater the chances of a small to large *healing crisis*

don't worry so much about that, since it will resolve itself
the cleaner your system becomes

If you have good balance, just get a cheaper mini tramp from walmart.
This will help melt off that cellulite as well.

hpoe this helps.
BTW not all products are the same.
in the oxygenated products array.
if you feel you are getting not good results with one,
don't assume another might give same results.

Some folks do better with oxypowder others with colosan etc.
Each person is different.

Try to move around and esp do abdominal light exercises,
such as waist bends , twists, stretches etc..
standing up straight/ and posture while eating,
is a basic to keeping *kinks back in alignment

Also eating in non stressful environments,
(which means no loud tv or stimulant type music,
no interruptions that distract from eating such as phones)
proper food focus/ chewing
all play a part in the digestive process.

Eating too much, or too close to sleeping time
affect this area as well,
as does dehydration often thru means one might not even consider,
frequent showers/baths, of long duration,
many drinks regular teas, sodas, all are very dehydrating,
and so would lend a situation where your movements might be harder
and more prone to creating *kinks*

Eating too much at one time.. the normal amt one should eat at one meal,
would be equal to one fist size portion if you close hand into a fist,
or what you can put into 2 cupped hands separately.

hope any of this helps you sort out your problem a bit farther
Love,
Ami Joi Benton
