Re: Question about 30 years of swallowing mucous

The mucus lining stretches from the mouth to the anus and serves as a seat of the immune system. Whenever it is exposed to potentially harmful, noxious sustances mucus discharge increases in order trap the contaminants and remove them either downwards towards the rectum or upwards towards the throat, mouth, Eustachian tubes and sinuses. The immune response can also involve the mucus lining of the lungs. The stomach is the one of the strongest producers of mucus. Mucus aggrevation occurs, for example, when bile toxins, fecal waste, and dead or alive bacteria backflush the stomach as a result of congestion in the colon. The congestion in the colon is due to poor digestion and elimination of waste, either due to diet and lifestyle or bile duct blockage in the liver, but usually both (see more details in my books The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush and Timeless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation. The mucus secretions have protected you this far, but also added to the congestion in the head and chest area, and reduced oxygen and nutrient distribution to the cells of your body. The liver has not been able to remove toxins and noxious substances contained in food, water, air and internally produced metabolic waste products via the bile ducts because they are blocked with intrahepatic stones. When the liver cannot remove these from the blood, the immune system becomes increasingly engaged in the battle, but that makes you more sensitive to these substances. Allergies result. The main thing that is required to end the vicious cycle is to completely remove all stones from the liver and gallbladder through a series of liver flushes (see directions in my liver flush book). Support your particular body type with foods that your body naturally has most enzymes for (see Timeless Secrets for details). Learn pranayam breathing exercises (same book) and rinse your nose with warm salt water (use unrefined sea salt) by inhaling the water through your nose. Repeat every other day until the nose and sinuses are clear.
