A typical food/treatment day for me


This as a detox not a diet. This is elimination, it starts with this.
This was/is a typical day.

On rising:

Half a lemon squeezed into a glass with a little luke warm water.
(even tho lemon acidic, it becomes alkaline in the stomach..helps with the PH, and clears the throat)

Large Glass of water. 12 organic chlorella pellets.

BREAKFAST: porridge made with water (maybe little soya milk on top at the end) NO DAIRY. add a few sultanas and cinnamon or pureed apple but no sugar.
A glass of fresh juice made from a fruit/veg juicer.

Brush teeth, floss well, clean my tongue, gargle with a closys II mouthwash
drink water constantly to flush out toxins.

LUNCH: Large (huge) salad and raw vegetables like carrots,celery,etc but no meat (to stop the bacteria feeding off the protein in meat)

SNACKS: pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,plenty of water (you should be weeing more than normal),pau'darco tea (no coffee,normal tea),raw vegetables (take them to work)

EVENING: white fish with lots of vegetables or a vegetable stew
after eating take 2 acidophilous tablets (good bacteria)

Brush teeth, clean tongue. chill. snack if i want but on the right things, no rubbish. sometimes another juice from the juicer

BEFORE BED: floss, brush,tongue..clean mouth and no protein will equal fresher breath
Take 5 droppers of Colloidal Silver under the tongue. Sometimes I will do a sinus flush with the colloid to clear any bacteria in my sinus passages or infection.

AND YES IT ALL STARTS AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. lol diffent food of course but you get my drift.

But hey, after a little while you can tell its starting to happen..its tough ,yes..you get fed up,yes..but its not forever , you need to do this to get straight,get your body straight and fresh food is the only way to go..and cutting out meat (which is totally acidic and dairy is also)

Start with a Colon Cleanse at the very beginning, get some of the chlorella,some good colloid,a good probiotic (like acidophilous, one with 8 million organisms at least) and get some zinc tongue cleaner..THATS IT! then do the food thing! flossing twice a day. (very important) use a floss that is like a little brush not that silly string stuff.

I go for a sauna 3 times a week..sweat like crazy, exfloiate my skin with a nice cream/exfoliateing wash and mitt.

I stopped smoking. for good.

I stopped drinking alchohol (for a lil bit lol)

How do you beat BB/ Body Odor /Candida etc etc etc...You work it! just do it.

Ok how bout this.. Lets start sharing our experiences as we go through it together..Starting Now lol im serious (if a little crazy)..share the whole thing right here. get ideas on food to eat,share receipes,juicing receipes,do it together the whole thing (ALL OF THE ABOVE)
