Re: Running nose after drinking water

You may overdo it there. The kidneys can only filter a certain amount of water without loosing minerals and vitamins. Four glasses of water at one time do not flush the kidneys, as many people assume. Urine cannot be formed that quickly, and instead you begin to flush out precious mineral and vitamin water. A glass of warm water followed by another one with the juice of a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of honey, after awakening, will be sufficient to do the job.

See if this affects the nose running. The body may be trying to clear out excessive plasma fluid through the nose.

With best wishes,
Andreas
