Around the same time. I believe mine was in October i noticed the same exact thing. I went to a urologist, but he treated me like an oversexed freak, and didn't really answer any of my questions.

I really don't think my lump was caused by a trauma related incident.

One interesting thing, is that the cord like lump comes and goes. It seems to always show back up after i have had repeated erections over a course of time.

It seems to disappear when i haven't had an erection that long, and haven't had repeated erections.

Any ideas? Please let me know how you resolved your situation?
