You must have heard me wondering, what became of those girls!! I am so glad you wrote to share your progress! That is awesome progress for the time you had to invest. Keep up the lemonade as a cayenne delivery system and life just cannot go wrong! I hope you will keep us posted in the forum even if you do not post here again. You are both a testament to how just a few days can make a difference in your awareness and relationships with food! I never went back to ice cream which had become an outrageous habit...gggg.
