Salt Water Flush - 8 BMs
6 Glasses Lemon/Maple Syrup/Cayenne
Symptoms: Liver twinging in the afternoon and evening. Tongue started out with a very light coat, which became more visible by evening. Moments of hunger, but the lemonade stopped them. Cheerful as usual.
Detox Methods: 7 glasses water, magnesium oxide 1,500 mg at night, detox foot pads, walking about 10,000 steps.
Weight: 57.0 kg, 29.5% BF
Comments:
The only toxin symptom I had this day was a little white coating on my tongue by evening. My main hurdle was stopping myself from all my old bad eating habits, which were so engrained in my subconscious that I could have easily ended the fast today by accidentally going into a convenience store on the way home and eating something before I realized it! I also seriously missed lunch, at work.
Day 2 (Work)
Salt Water Flush - 5 BMs
6 Glasses Lemon/Maple Syrup/Cayenne
Symptoms: Liver twinging throughout the day. Tongue lightly coated. Mucus-coated throat in the morning. Mild nausea, headache, and apathy.
Detox Methods: 9 glasses water, magnesium oxide 1,500 mg at night, detox foot pads, walking about 7,000 steps.
Weight: 55.4 kg, 28.6% BF
Comments:
Physical symptoms became more taxing. The headache was affecting me at work, so I tried to take medication for it, with no real effect. I felt off at times, and at other times I just felt empty. Moments of hunger which the lemonade took care of. Again some close calls during the day when I almost called it quits, especially at lunch time.
