Date: 2/6/2008 3:17:26 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1978 times I got my period taday.
I am very happy about it , becouse I didn't get a period since I was in the hospital 4 months ago ( 2 days in intensiv unit and another 3 weeks in the hospital on cortizons ans antibiotica and pain killers - with pericarditis, plevritis and lung infection (all from zentral earconditioning ) ).In a very bad, week condition when I got home from the hospital.
I guess, the fast is working already , repearing my poisoned from bacteria,virusis and medicaments body !
I still have a little nousea and some blurps ( like yesterday ).There are some noicies in my colon and I was thinking I am going to get another BM, but not .The days before, everything was very quite in the colon .
I did not see today any foam in my urin.
My tongue is not coated so much like before.
No weight loss since 3 days ( Maybe becouse of the period ? )
I am feeling good.
Cook again whole day today ( I am crazy about cooking and reading cooking magazins and experimentring with new resipes during the fast ) .Today I cooked Italian Gnochie with chees-garlic souse( never did them before , generaly we do not eat pasta ) and Pork medalions and a fish soup from fresh trout .
My husbent have already gained some weight from my fast !
And is complaining that I should not cook so much ,and so delicios things.
But I can not stop ......!
Looking optimisticaly to day 16 !
( And I now already, what I am going to cook tommorow !)
