Day 13

Day 13 - midday report -Horrible! I am detoxing and I am so very tired.

Oh it is really kicking my bum now. I can feel the affects of the detox, and the nausousness of all the ketones that are trying to escape from my body. I feel so very horrible. I tossed and turned all time because it laid on my back, I could feel every organ in my body, plus my cat would lay on my stomach, which normally I wouldn't mind but it wasn't a pleasant thing last night. If I laid on my back I just couldn't get comfortable for some reason. So I am very tired today.

I have drank so much water this morning, to try to alieve that nausousness, but I just can't seem to drink enough. If I drink too much, I want to get sick. I wish I could drink all day like I did on Saturday. But saturday, I was out and about and always moving and I was drinking to keep my energy up. it seems I can't do that all the time for some reason. Go figure

I have noticed some blemished on my back other then the ones I saw the other say, as well as two on by my collar bone. I ran my fingers down my back and I could feel more bumps which means I will have more blemish becoming more visible in the next couple days and weeks, probably.

It is days like these, I hate fasting and doing this, but I have to keep with it, because my body is healing itself and I will feel better once it is all over.

I just want to sleep!
