Well I have had pretty bad acne since I was about 18. I have a lot of scarring on my face.

I'm 23. I smoked cigarettes and marijuana from about age 17-20. My lungs feel pretty messed up so I think that's what's causing my problem.

So I'm going to go on a juice fast now. I don't know how long it will last, but at least a week.
