This is the morning of my 2nd day of fasting.

I had hunger yesterday two times, but it went away after I drank water.
Later I got headache, wich I still have to some extend.

On Curezone I found a posting with a quote from a book about Urine Fasting.
It describes how to heal yourself:
First do a one to four day fast. Then You eat very light things like soup, well cooked rice, fruits.
No coffee or tea, no spices, no fat.
All the time You drink all Urine during the day.
And You do massages.

I might do it this way after three or four days of fast. It seems much more possible do do an extended cure this way.

Maybe it is my mind playing games how to escape the fast, but maybe it is a good way of doing it longer.
After all in the book "Shivambu Gita" is the story of a man described who did exactly that.
All Urine during the day and very light, liquid foods.
he cured liver cancer after 3 months.
