The dreaded day Before!

A brief introduction on why I chose to partake in the Master Cleanse.

I decided to take part in the master cleanse primarily in search of a detox that would help to eliminate toxins and waste which were contributing to my excessive weight and sluggish demeanor. So my journey began on 02/13/2011.

10:00 p.m 02/13/2011

I just finished my 8 oz. glass of senna tea. Okay soooo this was unlike any tea I had ever tasted but, I figured if I just held my nose and drank it I would be okay. So far so good.

- Looking forward to tomorrow bring on the Lemonade ;)
