I had a bowel movement like I hadn't experienced in months!
So exciting!
And to think, last night I was thinking this damn thing in my pelvis is never going away. My guess is that a lot of the fungi and toxins are finally being cleared out. They are stubborn, but are starting to give up.
One thing I forgot to mention is that I am so taking a toxin absorber (bentonite/psyllium/apple pectin) which could explain why the mass was so big.
I definitely feel lighter and more calm today...except when I drove to the store. Minor anxiety and sinuses were bothering me.
My libido is now lower, but in a good way. My testosterone was at 129 before this, so the urge is just a lot less impatient now. This is good news being that high test can cause ovarian cysts which could be what my bloated pelvis is from.
My rash on my leg is driving me crazy. I'm actually hoping it is Poison Ivy because that would mean it's not from a common allergen which I can encounter again. I just don't recall wearing shorts and being around plants lately. Hmm.
