Who what where and when?
The winds blows we know not where and so does the past history go beyond our thoughts and wishes!

Often I thought, and wished that there I have not done whatever yesterday!
Often the Lord lovingly corrects me, reminding me that looking back at something I cannot change is just energy -draining and producing only stress. The only thing we can do about the past is learn from it.
We can not change the past one iota!
I don’t mean to say that we shouldn’t be aware of many things we do wrong or the mistakes we make that hurt people, yet it’s very important to deal with them quickly.
Then move on to a better situation. Regret is self-destructive and defeating , because it does nothing to change the past, but it does steal your present energy!
Why people chase such false ideas and thoughts is one of the major fallacies of life today!
Stop, reconsider then get over whatever has held you in bondage and fear! Because you can never change the past or ever make up for what was done!
