Things happen wither we want it to or not...  So just get ready to handle it...  DUH Because ready or not here life comes...  full bore, uncensored, happening right before your eyes...   What we need is to be prepared for life....   Things will happen beyond your control, so DUH...  Just handle it....   

When ever something occurs, this doesn't mean that you are stupid, or should you not just;  let others pass guilt on...   Learn to make decisions, based on your needs, desires, and abilities....  Many people without boundaries; lack the smarts to feel secure in their own life...  When you have say "No or not now"; do not let the other person(s) make you feel guilty...   Remember:  Use of an absolute "NO or Never" which are powerful words;  should not be used except under very limited conditions!!  They should not be over used!!

No one should make you feel guilty for a properly make decision....  No person has the power to make you feel guilty, unless you let them or agree with it.... Learn to control you actions...  Master you guilt, and take ownership of it, if and when it becomes evident....  DO NOT LET OTHERS PLAY THE GUILT TRIP ON YOU....

You must learn to be in control of your life, and there by the decisions that you need to make... Set boundaries, so you and the others you find on your liefs pathway know where you stand...   Control your anger, forgive your accusers, maintain a good worthwhile support team...  These can be friends and relatives....   Do not be surprised by liefs griefs..  It will be sad, but let others love you in the process...  Even mourners can be comforted... 

Life is not easy....  It is a learning experience...  So go do something, and remember to err is human...
