EFT, dizzy, sore throat
Date: 9/2/2005 12:43:11 PM ( 21 y ) ... viewed 2348 times DD9 had a sore throat (painful swallowing) last night and more so thins morning. I gave her Phytolacca homeopathic remedy and then we did about 6 rounds of tapping this morning. I did the set up each time because it seemed to be taking a long time and she might have been reversed. She did feel pretty much normal by the time she went to school.
At sports and fitness RB had been sick all week and I finally got a chance to talk to her today. She had a cough, and most intense was the sinus congestion in her face. It again took about 5 rounds to bring it down from a 6 to 1. She could feel it draining each time we went through.
As I had my own yoga practice this morning I felt that annoying but familiar dizziness when I roll over or turn my head in one direction. I usually fix this by taking defense plus to boost my immune system and then the homeopathic remedy TI. The name is so big that its just easier to call it TI. I did take defense plus, but I have noticed that when this dizziness comes on, I feel a panic and anxiety along with it if I don't have the remedies to take care of it. It's a dependence - and even on a homeopathic remedy - its a dependence. I tapped about 3 rounds and the dizziness was gone. This is a big blessing because I'm sure there will be a time when I cannot obtain or afford the TI remedy, and now I have another solution. It's free, simple and works!
