Hello fellow health seekers,

Crazy fasting man M.O.G. reporting for duty.

I have been way busy lately with the weather during the day being so nice now. It is still very cold in the evenings though, it is 36 degrees fahrenheit tonight. I hope it doesn't get frosty and kill my little seedlings. Time to get some floating row covers to protect the little babies.

Yesterday, day sixty two, was spent with my father on our monthly shopping excursion. I woke at 7:00am, juiced my oranges, had a cup, got ready, did a few chores and took off with him at 9:00am. We got back at about 2:00pm, that is the longest we have ever been gone shopping. I didn't buy much but it was still fun anyways. My dad is in his seventies so I try to spend as much time with him as possible. Never know when he will be gone.

When I got back I took care of the animals, cut some wood, picked up the kids and hit the weights for an hour and a half. Shoulder, back, and chest day. It felt so good. Then after making and cleaning up the dinner mess I hit the trampoline for forty minutes and did 5000 bounces. I did stretch before and after as well. Somewhere in there I did a bunch of push ups too.

So both days I juiced and drank my oranges. Took my dewormer, and finished it off today. Took my no crash formula. Drank my acv and maple syrup. Took my olive leaf pills and oregano oil with water. Took my plant fats 4 life. Did my hour of pranayamic breathing. I do half an hour in the morning when I wake up and half and hour before I go to bed. Oxygen is good for the cells. I started a new batch of bf&c tea yesterday evening, let it steep overnight and had a cup of that today.

Went back to town today and picked up my water distiller early. They just happened to have one in stock so I rushed down and got it today so I didn't have to wait until Sunday to get it. God works in such wonderous ways. So I ran my first batch of water through, and it now purrs away making my first batch for me to try in the morning. I am hoping it will leach the inorganic minerals out of my joints, like it should do.

I don't believe a thing just because someone says it is so, I try it out for myself to see if it is true or not.

I am the living experiment,lol.

Do'ers alone achieve!

So I will be letting you know how I like my distiller and my distilled water. Feels good to finally be able to do that. Just took my a while to save up for it,lol.

Today was run around day too. Took the wife back to work after lunch so I could have the car to run errands with. Went to town, like I said before, and got my distiller. While I was in town I hit Barnes & Noble and picked up the two martial arts books I have been looking for, and browsed a bit. I could spend hundreds of dollars in that place, lol.

Came back and picked up the girls from school, and took the youngest to art class. She one day is going to be a master artist, you wait and see. After that we stopped and payed the car insurance payment, picked up a couple items from Central Market and then came back in time to pick up my lovely wife from work. I then went home, and started dinner while the wife went to pick up the youngest child.

I made a new raw soup tonight, and they all loved the heck out of it. I took the raw coconut meat from four young thai coconuts, through that in the blender with a cup of raw cream and two cups of raw milk. I then blended it until creamy and smooth and added two cups of frozen organic pineapple pulp that I saved from a pineapple I had juiced a week or so ago. I then added two tablespoons of rapadura, which is dehydrated cane sugar juice, the only sugar you should use because of the way it is processed, which is minimal to retain all the vitamins and minerals, etc.

Blend it all together and walla, raw tropical soup, M.O.G. style, lol. Along with a large bowl of that I cut up an organic ripe mango and served that as a side dish. Needless to say, they all went away feeling energized and alive and full.

My exercise for today was 5000 bounces on the trampoline, 1000 punches, push ups and stretching. No wood cutting, although tomorrow I will start cutting down some trees.

Hope that wasn't too long a post for ya all, I am a chatter box tonight. Haven't had much time to post, so I will be checking in every couple days or so from now until day eighty. And as always, I never post on the Sabbath because I don't use the computer on that day.

Keep up the great job on fasting everyone, I will chat at ya again soon,

Peace....
